introduction
Xinhai Mining is committed to providing “Turn-key Solution for Mining Plant (EPC+M+O)", namely “design and research - complete equipment manufacturing and procurement - commissioning and delivery - mine management - mine operation”, which is customized from the actual situation of the mining plant. Xinhai can provide two kinds of mining solutions: underground mining and open-pit mining.
Underground Mining
Underground mining is to dig a series of wells and tunnels from the surface to the ground to reach the ore body for preparation and mining. The underground mining of Xinhai mining equipment mainly includes three stages of mine falling, transportation and ground pressure management, and different mining methods are adopted according to different geological morphological characteristics.

Room and Pillar Stoping
Post pillars are reserved in the stope for support. According to the depth of blasting holes, there are two mining methods: short-hole room and pillar stoping; medium- and deep-hole room and pillar stoping.

Short-hole Shrinkage Stoping
An Air-leg rock drill is adopted to drill horizontal holes. One third of ore is discharged, while the other is left as the temporary working platform for next-stage drilling and blasting.

Sublevel Room and Pillar Stoping
Post pillars are reserved in the stope for support. According to the depth of blasting holes, there are two mining methods: short-hole room and pillar stoping; medium- and deep-hole room and pillar stoping.

Block Open Stope Succedent Filling
Deep-hole drill jumbo is adopted to construct downward parallel deep holes in the drilling chamber. After side caving, the ore is discharged by scraper into ore pass. Ore block has two-stage stopping.

Upward Horizontal Slicing Filling
Vertically, there are 3-5 sublevels in the stope room, with each measuring 12-15m in height. Each sublevel includes 4-5 slices with each measuring 3m in height. The short-hole drill is adopted to drill horizontal parallel holes.

Sublevel Caving without Sill Pillar
Vertically, there are 3-5 sublevels in the stope room, with each measuring 12-15m in height. Medium- and deep-hole drill is adopted to drill upward fan-shaped holes in the drilling roadway.

Open Pit Mining
After the geological work is completed, Xinhai Mining Equipment adopts the open-pit mining method for shallowly buried ores, generally using the whole boundary mining, and horizontal stratification from top to bottom until reaching the border. Open pit mining uses open trenches to prepare and strip on the ground. The rock in open pit mines is generally relatively hard. It is difficult to use excavation equipment to directly separate them from the original rock body.
